Welcome to Bed Bug Bros (“we” or “us”). These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of our services, including our website, equipment rentals, and other related services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use our services.
Equipment Rental Our equipment rentals are subject to the following terms and conditions:
- Rental Agreement. You agree to rent our equipment for the agreed-upon rental period and pay the rental fee according to the terms of our rental agreement. You agree to return the equipment to us in the same condition as when you received it, normal wear and tear excepted.
- Payment. You agree to pay the rental fee, delivery fee (if applicable), and any other fees or charges specified in our rental agreement. We accept credit/debit cards, cash, and business checks.
- Delivery and Pickup. We will deliver the equipment to your location at the agreed-upon time and date. You agree to have a responsible adult present to receive the equipment and sign the rental agreement. You agree to make the equipment available for pickup at the agreed-upon time and date and to have it in the same condition as when you received it.
- Use of Equipment. You agree to use our equipment only for its intended purpose and in accordance with our instructions and guidelines. You agree to use the equipment safely and responsibly and to take all necessary precautions to prevent injury or damage.
- Liability. You assume all risk of loss or damage to the equipment from any cause whatsoever during the rental period. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims or liabilities arising from your use of the equipment.
- Late Return. If you return the equipment late, we may charge additional fees, as specified in our rental agreement. If you fail to return the equipment at all, we may charge you the full replacement cost of the equipment.
- Termination. We may terminate the rental agreement at any time for any reason, including for your failure to comply with these Terms or our rental agreement.
General Terms The following terms and conditions apply to all of our services:
- Appointments. We require advance notice of your appointment time and may require a deposit to secure your appointment. If you fail to show up for your appointment or cancel without sufficient notice, we may charge a cancellation fee, as specified in our appointment policy.
- Payment. You agree to pay for our services according to the terms of our service agreement. We accept credit/debit cards, cash, and business checks.
- Liability. We assume no liability for any injury, damage, or loss arising from your use of our services.
- Changes. We may change these Terms or our service agreement at any time by posting the changes on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
- Governing Law. These Terms and our service agreement are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
