Over-the-counter repellent chemicals like pesticide sprays or foggers should not be used before treatment. The heat can cause the spray to become ineffective and may even destroy it. As an extra layer of protection, it is advisable to use a high-quality residual bed bug rated insecticide or another natural spray after your heat treatment.

Heating Capacity. Note: Our heat packages are limited to a maximum area of approximately 2,000 square feet. This assumes that “ideal conditions” are met. Heating power will be higher if there are lots of furniture or personal belongings. Because concrete block homes are more conductive and dense, they require more heat to heat than mobile or wood homes. You can heat a smaller area and/or it may take longer to reach the desired temperatures. This is also true for homes with high ceilings or vaulted ceilings or unreliable power sources or poor insulation. If in doubt, increase your rental package by adding more BTU’s to heat more square footage.

Delivery Prices: Delivery prices starting at $200 depending on how far you are from us. DIY plus Delivery package: We will deliver your bed bug heating system in an unmarked vehicle and work closely with you to make sure it is running before we leave. You can kill bed bugs by asking us questions during the heat treatment. Experience is key! We offer many tips and tricks to help you succeed, such as fan placement, how to separate sections of your house that are not being treated, how to cover windows to keep heat in, and more.

Equipment Pick-Up: We’ll agree on a time frame for you to pick up your system. It is expected that all equipment has been turned off and all cords wrapped. Fans should be placed at the front door. We may have to charge additional fees if we need to pick up something that is not possible. Please be respectful of our time as we will always be respectful of yours!

Terms and Conditions Overview:

• If possible, schedule your bed bug heater rental at least a few days before you need it. However, same-day service is sometimes possible.
• Accepted: Credit/debit cards and cash, as well as business checks
• Delivery and sales tax may apply
• When renting a heating system, you must present your driver’s license and credit card
• Keep in mind that these heating systems are reserved for customers. Customers who fail to show up on their scheduled appointment time may be charged $100 cancellation fees.
• We are flexible, however, we require that you return your bed bug heater rental equipment on time. Customers who are less than three hours late could be subject to a 50% charge for the “Additional Day.” The full 24-hour “Additional Day Rental Fee” applies if the bed bug heater rental is not returned by the scheduled time.
